Possibilities for Design offers a unique group of courses for home builders and their sales and marketing staff. The goal of these courses is to educate the attendees on how to successfully evaluate and design model homes to maximize sales and create profitability.
“Critiquing your current models: Are your models doing their job?” We’ll do an onsite critique of your current models to see if they’re maximizing your sales potential. We’ll provide you a written critique with solutions for each of your existing models.
“Successful Models-Getting it Right the First Time”: A full day course to teach your sales and marketing team what to look for when planning a model home complex; starting from the designer’s first presentation to final installation. We give you tips and techniques to emphasize your new home’s features and make them stand out against the competition.
Combination Course: We’ll combine both the “Critiquing Your Current Models” and “Successful Models” courses into two days of intense training to maximize salability of your current models and educate your staff to demonstrate models effectively.
Materials Only: For those with time constraints, we’ll send you the handouts and critique forms from the above courses as well as a CD-ROM based slide show to give you the basics for model home merchandising.
